Coercive control consultation

Share your views about coercive control and the law.

We are running a consultation process to talk to people about coercive control. This includes:

  • how the law and the legal system currently responds to coercive control
  • whether we need to change some laws so they work better for people who have experienced coercive control.

You can find more information on the Coercive Control web page on our website.
