Restorative Justice Referral Form - I am referring on behalf of another

Restorative Justice processes can be facilitated by the Restorative Justice Unit. The Unit takes a flexible approach to ensure processes are tailored to the individuals involved. Processes are always victim-centred and are entirely voluntary.

This form is for representatives or service providers to refer on behalf of someone else. If you are referring on behalf of a victim (person harmed) or offender (person who caused harm), you may use this form to express their interest in participating in a restorative justice process.

Note that the party you are referring on behalf of must be aware of this referral, as restorative justice is a voluntary process.
