Breach of Victim Treatment Guidelines Complaints
The Victims of Crime Guidelines outline the standard of treatment victims of crime should receive by all State Government agencies and employees. If you feel that a State Government agency or Public Officer has not met your needs according to these guidelines, you may be able to submit a complaint.
It is important to know when you submit a complaint that the guidelines do not create legal rights or obligations. They set expectations for how victims should be treated, but do not provide a legal right to a particular service or outcome.
If you feel that your needs have not been met in line with these guidelines, Victims of Crime Guidelines page.
