The applicant for this approved development has applied to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review of the WAPC's decision to grant a 12-month extension to its substantial commencement period. Following mediation, the applicant is seeking approval for a 24-month extension, effective from the 8 December 2022 meeting where the amendment was approved. No other changes to the approved development are proposed.
SAT has invited the WAPC to reconsider its decision by 4 August 2023.

Public comment on this application has closed and it is now under assessment. Feedback from the community, key stakeholders and local government will be considered in order to inform a recommendation for the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).
A WAPC meeting to determine the application will be scheduled when the assessment is complete and all registered parties will be informed of the meeting date. Agenda papers will be published on this website a minimum of five business days before the meeting.
