When submitting a  claim for the Residential Rebate Program you must include 100-points of identification.

At least one primary document must be provided.

A minimum of two identity documents must be provided.

A total of at least 100 points is required across all documents.

Foreign documents must be accompanied by an English translation.

Where names differ across documents, evidence of change of name is required but this does not count towards the overall point score.

All documents must be current, with the exception of an Australian Passport, which must be no more than 3 years past its expiry date.
