When submitting a manual claim for the Residential Rebate Program you must include 100-points of identification.

You must submit at least one primary document.

If your Identity Documents are in different names, proof of name change is required. Accepted change of name documents are: Marriage Certificate; Divorce Papers; and Change of Name Certificate from Registrar General.

Foreign documents, or documents that are not in English must be accompanied by an official translation. 

All documents must be current, with the exception of an Australian Passport, which must be no more than 3 years past its expiry date.
