Apply to the OIC WA for an FOI external review
Under the Freedom of Information Act 1992 (WA) (FOI Act) if you disagree with a decision made by an agency about your access or amendment application, or an access application where you are a third party, you have the right to apply to the OIC for external review of that decision. In most cases you must have first applied to the agency for an internal review of the decision before applying to the OIC.

Using the OIC’s External Review Form will ensure you provide the OIC with the necessary information for your request. It also assists the OIC to process and respond to your request.
