The Information Commissioner and Information Access Deputy Commissioner have functions and powers related to freedom of information matters in Western Australia, which are outlined in the Information Commissioner Act 2024 (the IC Act), the Freedom of Information Act 1992 (the FOI Act).
FOI for the public
