FOI Review 2010
The Information Commissioner conducted a review of the manner in which Western Australian State and local government agencies administer the freedom of information (FOI) process. The FOI Review report was tabled in Parliament on Wednesday, 8th September 2010.

Transparency in Government Projects
In August 2017, the Information Commissioner was given a copy of a discussion paper entitled: “Transparency in Government Projects” by the Special Inquiry into Government Programs and Projects (the Inquiry) and was invited to provide a submission on the paper’s contents.
On 29 September 2017, the Acting Information Commissioner provided a submission to the inquiry into government programs and projects (PDF).
In February 2018, the Inquiry published its report that it had provided to the State Government. Volumes 1 and 2 of the Special Inquiry into Government Programs and Projects Final Reports:
