The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation has entered into the following memoranda of understanding with other State Government agencies:
- Administrative between the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration and the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation
- Memorandum of Understanding for collaborative arrangements between the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions
- Memorandum of Understanding for collaborative arrangements between the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation and the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage
These agreements provide a framework for collaborative working arrangements between agencies.
