The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation has entered into the following memoranda of understanding with other State Government agencies:
- Administrative Agreement between the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety and the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation
- Memorandum of Understanding for collaborative arrangements between the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions
- Memorandum of Understanding for collaborative arrangements between the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation and the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage
These agreements provide a framework for collaborative working arrangements between agencies.
