If you are a public sector employee involved in procurement processes and/or contract management, this workshop will assist you in identifying and preventing procurement fraud.

If you are a public sector employee involved in procurement processes and/or contract management, this interactive half-day workshop will assist you in detecting and preventing fraud and corruption in procurement. The workshop is tailored to Western Australian government procurement policies and processes and will explore several case studies and instances of fraud and corruption. 

You will learn:

  • the definition of fraud and corruption in procurement processes
  • to identify behavioral drivers and impacts of procurement fraud and corruption
  • how to detect and prevent procurement fraud.
