If you are a public sector employee purchasing goods and services on behalf of your agency, this workshop will provide an overview of the procurement process for purchases valued between $50,000 and $250,000. It is an introductory workshop, and is best suited if you have limited or no procurement knowledge.
You will learn:
- drafting a specification
- preparing and issuing a request for quote using the Request for Quote template
- conducting the evaluation process
- awarding a contract.
