Apply for a variation or revocation of a Short-Term Exclusion Order

People who behave in an antisocial, violent or threatening way may be banned from entering Protected Entertainment Precincts. A person who has been issued with a Short-Term Exclusion Order can seek a variation or revocation of the order by the Commissioner of Police.

Follow these steps to complete the form:

You can also appeal Short-Term Exclusion Orders that are in effect for more than one month via the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT).
