If you have been sentenced for a reportable offence listed in the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Act 2004 or a court has ordered you to comply with the reporting requirements of the Act, you will be referred to as a reportable offender.
As a reportable offender, you must report to police and provide them with your personal details, for a set period of time.

Show moreCan someone assist me in completing the online form?
Yes, if you need someone to assist you with completing the online reporting form, please have them complete the ‘assisting person’ section at the end of the form.
You will still need to take a photo of yourself and declare all the information is true and correct upon submission. Irrespective of whether someone has assisted you or not to complete this report, the reportable offender is deemed responsible for what is submitted.
I am a parent/guardian/carer can I make a report on behalf of the reportable offender?
Yes, in circumstances when; the reportable offender is a child; or has a disability that makes it impossible or impracticable to make a report.
A parent, guardian, carer, or other adult person nominated (in an official capacity), and approved by an authorised person can report on behalf of the reportable offender. This needs to be discussed and approved by an authorised person.
