Grants of up to $15,000 per project are available for local government and incorporated not-for profit community organisations to undertake initiatives that build older people’s connection to community and help to achieve age-friendly outcomes.
Grants are also available to support local governments progress work to join the World Health Organisations Global Network for Age-friendly cities and Communities (WHO GNAFCC).
