Whether you are lodging a complaint or paying a compliment, your feedback is the key to the Department of Communities continuous improvement. The complaints processes cover all service users including Foster Carers, people with disability, Aboriginal people, public housing (housing) tenants, and matters relating to child protection.

We especially welcome complaints from any child or young person.
