The Department of Communities welcomes your complaints and feedback. Wherever possible we will work to resolve your issue. The complaints processes cover all service users including foster carers, people with disability, Aboriginal people, housing tenants and matters relating to child protection.

Communities respects the right for anyone to make a complaint who is dissatisfied about a service, product, staff or the handling of a complaint by Communities or any aspect of its operations.
