Whether you are lodging a complaint or paying a compliment, your feedback is the key to the Department of Communities continuous improvement. Communities respects the right for anyone to make a complaint who is dissatisfied about a service, product, staff or the handling of a complaint by Communities or any aspect of its operations.

The complaints processes cover all service users including Foster Carers, people with disability, Aboriginal people, public housing (housing) tenants, and matters relating to child protection.

We especially welcome complaints from any child or young person.

Lodging your feedback using the webform for children and young people, child protection, housing, disability, or any other Department business service area is the quickest way to have your say.
