The Training Accreditation Council (TAC) will soon be distributing the 2025/2026 Annual Declaration on Compliance for RTOs (the Declaration) for completion.
As the sector continues to embed the 2025 Standards, the TAC has extended the due date for the 2025/2026 Declaration from 30 September to 1 November 2026.
The extension provides RTOs additional time to review their compliance activities in advance of completing the declaration.
New deadline: 1 November 2026
Reporting period: 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026
The Annual Declaration is a mandatory requirement for all TAC-registered RTOs.
