Grant applications of up to $3000 are now open for regional local governments and registered not for profits (regional and metro) to hold World Elder Abuse Awareness (WEAAD) Initiatives during the week of WEAAD 2023.
WEAAD is from 11 – 17 June culminating in International World Elder Abuse Awareness Day on 15 June.
The initiatives are to raise awareness of Elder Abuse in regional areas and must be delivered face to face.
Applications close 4pm on Tuesday, 28 March 2023.
