The annual progress report captures access and inclusion programs, initiatives and activities by public authorities (including state and local governments) in Western Australia.
Communities monitors compliance with the requirements of public authorities to plan for access and inclusion under disability services legislation and as a part of that, compiles an annual report on progress against the seven DAIP outcome areas for the Minister for Disability Services.
This report is an important way to highlight effective DAIP practices and to provide greater access and inclusion for people with disabilities.
