On Track to Thrive is a pilot program aimed at stepping in early where children aged from 5 to 9 may be at risk of progressing to the criminal justice system.

Expressions of interest are being sought for people to join an Expert Reference Group (ERG) that will provide advice, support and oversight for the program.

The ERG is a non-statutory, non-judicial committee of experts that will provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed practice oversight and contribute to program enhancements.

Its role includes assessing referrals of children to determine their eligibility for the program and supporting integrated service responses.

Aboriginal people and are strongly encouraged to apply as are people with close connections to Armadale or Geraldton, where the pilot is taking place.

Expressions of Interest to join the ERG are open until 16 January 2026. For more information and to apply, visit On Track to Thrive Expert Reference Group.
