As we approach the end of the year, we encourage all claim submissions to be lodged before 7 November 2025 to give us the best chance at getting them processed before the Christmas shutdown period. Claims received after this date may not be paid until the new year.
Our office will be closed from Thursday, 25 December 2025 and reopen Monday, 5 January 2026. During this time, our team will be unavailable, and normal operations will resume once we return.
