The outreach service will support highly vulnerable people with complex needs and assist them to transition from homelessness into safe accommodation and housing.

The Restricted EOI is seeking Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) or registered Aboriginal businesses to deliver the service. Shortlisted Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations or registered Aboriginal businesses have been invited to apply.

The restricted EOI process is a part of the Whole of Government ACCO Strategy to deliver culturally responsive and secure services that empower Aboriginal people.

The successful respondents will deliver culturally appropriate outreach and intensive support for people who are experiencing chronic rough sleeping and connect them directly with specialist support services.
