"The feedback we're getting is very positive," says Larry, Manager of Prison Employment Programs.

"I'm getting multiple calls a day from employers wanting staff,"

"They've either heard from us that we've got trained prisoners or they're returning employers who have had success with us before."

Helping prisoners get back into the workforce and reducing recidivism is key for successful rehabilitation says Anthony from MACFORCE Australia.

"We're really proud to have employed over 80 former prisoners in the past 18 months."

"It's great for society to give these people a second chance on life,"

"If they want that change, we're happy to put them in positions to succeed."
