International Volunteer Day is held annually on 5 December and is an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the generous contributions of volunteers.
Grants of up to $1,000 are available through the International Volunteer Day grants Program to support initiatives that celebrate Western Australian volunteers such as awards, ceremonies, workshops, seminars, morning or afternoon teas and excursions to take place around International Volunteer Day (5 December).
Incorporated not-for-profit community organisations and local governments are invited to apply by visiting Department of Communities Grants Programs.
Applications close at 3pm on Friday 6 June 2025.
