Banner text which reads Have your say Authorisation of restrictive practices.

If you are a person with disability, family member, carer or guardian, or a disability services sector worker who has a story or experience to share, we want to hear from you.

Your input will help shape legislation, which will recognise the rights of people with disability and work towards the reduction and ultimate elimination of the use of restrictive practices in disability services in WA.

The consultation period is open until Sunday, 22 August 2021 and there are a number of ways you can provide feedback.

Visit the ARP consultation webpage for more information.
