To do this the Commission is holding its annual speed mentoring event at Albert Facey House.
Ten women who have excelled in their field will invest their time to mentor young women for 10 minutes at a time over the space of an hour to help accelerate the progress of a new generation of women leaders by passing on their wisdom and knowledge.
In addition to the speed mentoring, the Commission is co-hosting a Stall in the Mall with HaDSCO on Murray Street Mall to inform women about their rights under the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 and the Health and Disability Services (Complaints) Act 1995.
