System Shutdown

As part of our transition to new, modernised portals, the current worker and employer portals have now been decommissioned.

The New Portals will go live on Wednesday, 18 March 2026

No submissions or updates will be possible while the system is unavailable. During this transition period, long service leave claims processing and payments will be delayed until after 18 March 2026.

Why we’re making this change

The new portals will deliver important improvements, including:

  • New look and feel with a modern, user-friendly design
  • 24/7 access with no quarter-end close-off dates for employers and online claim submissions for workers
  • Increased security through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Improved self-service with more information available in one place

For more information on this change, please go to Worker and Employer Portals

What happens next

When the new portal is live, you will receive an email with your invitation link and be asked to verify your email address, mobile number, and to set up a new password.

Training materials and support resources will be available prior to go-live to help you prepare.
