The ServiceWA team are currently travelling around WA to help people to access secure offers and services through the ServiceWA app, as part of the ServiceWA Digital Assist Kiosk program.

What is the ServiceWA Digital Assist Kiosk?

This free walk-in service is designed to make it easier for eligible Western Australian families to access the WA Student Assistance Payment, Fuel Support Payment, or register for the Foster and Grand Carer Gold Card.

ServiceWA Kiosk locations

From July to September, the Kiosk will be visiting different locations across the State. Find a location near you

If you can't visit a Kiosk in person, you can still access support by calling 13 33 92 (13 33 WA) or emailing support@digital.wa.gov.au

During your visit

You don't need to make an appointment, but you will need to allow enough time as there may be high demand. Make sure to bring your valid ID documents with you, so the team can help you log in and access the offers and services.
