More than 350,000 existing WA Seniors Card holders begin receiving the 2026-2027 Cost of Living Rebate (COLR) payment from mid-July 2026, with new COLR applicants scheduled to receive their payments over the coming months.
The COLR is paid annually to registered WA Seniors Card members with singles to receive $114.20 and couples receiving $171.30.
New COLR applicants, as well as new Seniors Card members, have until 31 May each year to register for the annual payment. Members only need to apply once for the COLR to receive it each year, unless their bank details require updating.
While the 2026-27 COLR payments will begin to be made from 23 July 2026 to existing SC members and those who have previously received the COLR, new WA Seniors Card applicants and those who applied for the COLR just before the 31 May 2026 cut-off, will receive their payment over the coming months and throughout the 2026-27 financial year.
