GovNext-ICT CUA Expiry Notice

The GovNext-ICT CUA expired on 19 April 2025. 

  • No new orders can be placed following the expiry date.
  • Any changes to existing GovNext services, including additions or removals, must be actioned through an Order Change.
  • The contract term of existing orders remains valid and continues beyond the expiry of the CUA.
  • The Customer retains full responsibility for contract management activities related to orders that extend beyond the CUA’s expiry.

The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) has transitioned all services previous offered under the GovNext-ICT CUA to the following new arrangements:

Umbrella Agreements

These agreements between the State and each Prime Contractor establish the GovNext-ICT CUA framework:

  • Defines the overarching relationship between the State and each Prime Contractor.
  • Each Prime Contractor has a separate Umbrella Agreement, with only minor differences between them.
     

Customer Relationship Terms

These terms govern the relationship between the Prime Contractor and the customer:

  • Defines the contractual terms and obligations between the customer and the Prime Contractor.
  • Each Prime Contractor maintains its own set of customer relationship terms, with only minor variations across documents. 

Service Catalogue

The catalogues’ outline the services available from each Prime Contractor:

  • Provides high-level descriptions of each service offered.
  • Details the service options available to customers.
  • Specifies the minimum service levels required under the CUA.
