Education sessions
Communities also offer free online and tailored education sessions to the disability sector and other stakeholders.
These sessions provide accessible learning opportunities on key topics related to the Policy such as positive behaviour support, supported decision making, understanding and reducing and eliminating restrictive practices, and more.
Our regular sessions are designed to build knowledge, refresh understanding, and encourage person-centred approaches across the sector.

The Behaviour Support Consultancy Team provides one-on-one support online to disability service providers, people with disability, families, carers and behaviour support practitioners about the authorisation of restrictive practices in the disability sector.
