Today we celebrate International Women’s Day, and this year’s theme Count Her In: Invest in Women. Accelerate Progress. It’s a time for us to reflect on the gains we have made toward gender equality – and recognise that major change is still required. This International Women’s Day, we can all play a part in Count Her In. Everyone has a responsibility to ensure women and girls are given equal opportunity to build their capabilities and strengthen their capacity to learn, earn and lead.
