The Minister for Planning and Lands has approved, as advertised, the abovementioned amendment to the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS). The amendment is shown on Amending Plan 3.2874 and is effective on and from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
The amendment rezones approximately 8.08 ha in Brabham from the Urban zone to the Public Purposes - High School reservation in the Metropolitan Region Scheme.
