Reissue building surveying practitioner registration

For eligible persons whose previous registration has expired by more than six months and less than three years.
If your licence has been expired for less than 6 months you may be able to renew your licence. If your licence has been expired between 6 months and three years, you can apply for reissue.

Download and complete the application form.

A new licence number will be issued upon submission of this form. Please note that expired registration numbers cannot be reused or reissued. If you have never been registered or if your registration has been expired for three years or longer you will need to apply for a new licence.
