Guide for Hiring People with Disability

Resources to help agencies create accessible, safe and inclusive recruitment processes for people with disability

The guide supplements the Hiring Managers’ Toolkit by providing information and tools for hiring managers to create accessible, safe and inclusive recruitment processes for people with disability.

Agencies have a commitment to improve the inclusion and representation of people with disability under the People with Disability action plan, one of 6 plans that support the Workforce Diversification and Inclusion Strategy for WA Public Sector Employment 2020-2025.

This guide uses the term 'people with disability'. We acknowledge that not all people with access and inclusion requirements choose to identify as a person with disability.
