Amending or drafting legislation

If the outcome of the review is that legislation needs to be drafted or amended, see the following guidance for government processes:

Legislative amendments that repeal obsolete legislation or correct minor errors and do not change an existing policy may be facilitated through an Omnibus Bill. Contact Department of Justice for more information.
