A real estate and business sales representative whose registration has a restriction on their certificate limiting them to property management transactions only or sales transactions only.
What do I need to complete an application
- Complete the required units of the CPP41419 Property Services Training package to convert from a restricted registration as per the information below.
- Attach a Statement of Attainment
- Complete all of the relevant sections of the application form.
- Sign the authorisation and declaration
- There is no fee for removing a condition.
Lodging your application
Once you have completed the application form and have all of your supporting documents ready, you can lodge your application in one of three ways:

Bridging units to go from a restricted Registration to an unrestricted Registration when the previous course you completed was from a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) – code CPP40307 (this course was valid from 2007 to September 2021) or any courses before CPP40307:
