1. You'll need
- Proof of completion of MEM10003B Install and test electrical wiring and circuits (up to 1000V AC / 1500V DC) AND MEM12004B Precision electrical/electronic measurement (within the last 2 years).
- Proof of ID ready to upload.
- Visa/Mastercard for fee payment.
2. Complete application form
Print or digitally complete the relevant application form.
