Age-friendly Communities Social Connectivity Grants Program acquittal form

Grants of up to $15,000 are available for local governments and incorporated not-for-profit community organisations to implement age-friendly, active and positive ageing, and other seniors-related strategies that focus on reconnecting older people with their community and building capacity to remain connected should any further COVID-19 social isolation restrictions be imposed in the future.
