At its November 2024 meeting, the Cockburn Sound Management Council received updates on environmental monitoring outcomes, the Westport environmental impact assessment process, marine survey activities, and recreational mooring management. The Council continues to advise the Minister for Environment on protecting water quality and environmental values in Cockburn Sound while supporting collaboration between government, industry, and community stakeholders.
