The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (the Department) is obliged to advise you of certain matters when collecting your personal information. Your personal information is being collected by the Department on behalf of the Heritage Council of Western Australia.
The purpose of this form is to assign copyright for images provided to the Heritage Council. Should the photographer decide to retain ownership but license the use of the material to the Heritage Council, their name will be attributed to the photographs provided.
