Use this form to apply to lodge periodical acquisition statements for interests in corporations or unit trust schemes.
The Commissioner may allow a person or group to lodge periodical acquisition statements if:
- the person has, or the group of related persons have, a significant interest in a landholder and
- that interest increases and
- it is likely the person or group will acquire further interest.
When you lodge this form, you must also lodge form FDA22 ‘Landholder Acquisition Statement or Determination of Liability’.
