When you access our Online Service Portal, you will be redirected to our new RevenueWAConnect page where you'll have the option to register or login.
If you haven’t previously registered for our online portals, follow the instructions on the screen to register.
If you have previously registered but haven't logged in via RevenueWAConnect before, your username will be the email address associated with your registered account. The first time you log in, you must:
- click ‘Forgot password’ and enter your email address. You will receive an email with 6 digits which you will need to enter onto the screen to verify your email.
- select your preferred authentication method. Follow the instructions to ensure the authenticator is correctly linked to your account.
- set your new password.
After logging in to RevenueWAConnect, you will be able to access the Online Services Portal. Depending on your reason for using the portal, you may need to accept Terms and Conditions and provide additional information or supporting documents.
