How we apply regulatory controls for works approvals and licences granted under Part V,
Division 3 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986.

This guideline outlines how we make decisions when:

  • you apply for, or wish to amend, transfer or renew works approvals and licences (referred to as instruments)
  • you concurrently apply to clear native vegetation under Part V, Division 3 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986
  • we issue a closure notice under section 68A of the Environmental Protection Act 1986
  • we assess existing licensed prescribed premises.
