This guideline outlines how we make decisions when:
- you apply for, or wish to amend, transfer or renew works approvals and licences (referred to as instruments)
- you concurrently apply to clear native vegetation under Part V, Division 3 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986
- we issue a closure notice under section 68A of the Environmental Protection Act 1986
- we assess existing licensed prescribed premises.
