Drinking water source protection plan for the Margaret River Catchment Area
Last updated:

This drinking water source protection plan has been developed to help protect the quality of water in the Margaret River Catchment, including the Ten Mile Brook Catchment.

The plan details the location and boundary of the drinking water catchment, which provides potable water to the towns of Margaret River, Prevelly, Gnarabup and Cowaramup. It describes the water supply system, discusses existing and future land uses, identifies risks, and recommends management approaches to address those risks and maximise protection of the catchment.
