All projects that we manage are categorised according to risk. This document provides some guidance on the characteristics of a project for each of the three complexity levels: simple, conventional and complex.
The project complexity classification guide:
- will inform the prequalification level contractors must meet to be eligible to submit an offer
- will inform the prequalification level of our construction contracts
- will assist in the calculation of professional consultant fees
- may be used to identify suitably experienced consultancy firms when purchasing from our professional consultancy panels.
