This decision statement details the assessment of potential risks to the environment and public health from emissions and discharges during the construction and operation of a Category 35 and 61A prescribed premises that has been assessed through the Standardised Approval Pathway. Category 61A relates to the acceptance, storage and use of reclaimed/recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) in the manufacture of asphalt.
