Aims & Methodology
The overall strategic aim of this research was to understand the value provided by CRCs to their local
community, in order to optimise the service delivered. To achieve this, an online survey was conducted
with customers of CRCs from September 7 to October 31, 2021.

All CRCs were sent a poster to display and flyers to distribute with a QR code and link to access the

survey. CRCs were also encouraged to post about the survey on their social media to reach customers

that were not visiting the CRC during the fieldwork period.
