The Australian Government Digital Identity app, myGovID, has been renamed to myID. It has a new name and new look, but how you use it remains the same.
A range of materials have been developed to communicate information about the ServiceWA app. These materials are available to download and share with your community.
What is the ServiceWA app?
The ServiceWA app is a free, safe and simple way you can access WA State Government services all in one place.
It also helps you to claim any payments or offers you’re eligible for.
You can use many of the ServiceWA app features without logging in, however, to access some services and offers, you will be required to log in with your Digital ID.

The ServiceWA app is available to download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Digital ID is a secure and easy way to prove who you are online.
It’s important to remember that your Digital ID doesn’t replace your physical documents - it’s another way to prove who you are.
