Training

1. Forced Adoption: Practical Skills and Awareness online training

Forced Adoption: Practical Skills and Awareness online training - A free online training that explains the history of forced adoptions and provides practical information to help support adults affected by forced adoption. This training is aimed at the aged care workforce and community services sector. The training is provided by the Department of Social Services.

2. Australian Psychological Society online training

Australian Psychological Society online training - Accredited, online training for those supporting people affected by forced adoption. There are two training options:

  • Understanding forced adoption: Training for general practitioners – CPD Approved | 1 CPD hours
  • Understanding forced adoption: Training for psychologists – CPD Approved | 2 CPD hours
