The Office of Homelessness has been established by the Department of Communities with the aim of achieving better outcomes for people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.
This initial Implementation Plan sets out priorities, actions and responsibilities for the next two years, to establish a solid foundation for the ongoing implementation of the five-year State Commissioning Strategy for Community Services.
